United Cross Country Registration

CROSS COUNTRY REGISTRATION - We are still accepting registrations for the 2008 season. Registrations can be handed in at the practices during August and can be mailed in to:

1. PLAYERS CONTRACT
2. CODE OF CONDUCT CONTRACT
3. MEDICAL WAIVER
4. UNIFORM REQUEST FORM
5. CONTACT INFORMATION
6. VOLUNTEER FORM
7. Copy of BIRTH CERTIFICATE (not necessary if already provided for Track or Cross Country)

REGISTRATION FEE:
$135 - INCLUDES ALL EXPENSES…..(Uniform, meet fees, awards, party, etc.). Please make checks payable to “United Cross Country”.

Gremlin..……....................'00 & ’01
Bantam……………………….’98 & ’99
Midget………………………..’96 & ’97
Youth……………………….…’94 & ’95
Intermediate…………...…..’92 to ’93

PRACTICES:
Practices are on Monday, Wednesday & Thursday from 5:30-7:00 and Saturday mornings until meets begin………at various locations

MEETS:
Competitive meets will be on Saturday mornings (except for one Sunday meet), beginning late September and continuing until late October.

VOLUNTEERS:
Each family is required to volunteer during the season, in addition to our home meet. The completed volunteer form needs to be included with the registration packet. Specific duties and sign ups for our home meet will be discussed at a later date.
